Vale has extended enrollment for its Professional Training Program to May 24, opening over 200 positions for candidates aged 18 and older who have completed high school and live near the company's operations. 

Vacancies are distributed across Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo, covering areas such as mechanics, electrical systems, and railway, port, and mobile equipment operations. The approximately 18-month program combines hands-on and classroom training in partnership with Senai, preparing participants to work directly in Vale's operations. 

The selection process is entirely online, with applications submitted exclusively through Vale's website. Selected candidates will be hired under a CLT contract with a base salary of R$ 2,225.00 plus benefits. This is a direct entry point for those looking to start a career in mining.
