Environmental incidents
In 2025, we achieved an 89% reduction in environmental incidents compared to the previous year, and we have recorded no critical or highly critical events since 2023. This reflects our progress in managing environmental control and prevention systems.
All environmental incidents follow global management guidelines, which include:
- Initial communication (internal and external);
- Adoption of immediate and control actions;
- Root cause investigation and implementation of corrective actions;
- Scope analysis and preventive actions;
- Lessons learned documentation and internal dissemination.
