Vale publishes Ethics & Compliance Program Report 2024

Reaffirming this commitment, the company has now released the Ethics & Compliance Program Report 2024, consolidating the main advances, indicators and actions implemented over the last year.
The document presents messages from the leadership and details the initiatives aimed at preventing, detecting and responding to misconduct, as well as providing an overview of the Whistleblower Channel, including the main numbers and the measures applied in confirmed cases.
Available in two languages, the report reinforces Vale's mission to ensure an ethical and safe corporate environment, putting people at the center of decisions.
