Internal Recruitment
A recruitment process open solely to internal candidates within PT Vale.

Local Recruitment
A recruitment cycle for permanent positions is conducted to fill vacancies in the following operational areas:

  • Sorowako Operations, with a focus on sourcing local candidates, particularly from the four designated development areas in East Luwu Regency.
  • IGP Pomalaa, targeting local candidates from Kolaka Regency.
  • IGP Bahodopi, prioritizing local candidates from Morowali Regency.

Regional Recruitment
A recruitment cycle for permanent positions is conducted to fill vacancies in the following operational areas: 

  • Sorowako Operations, targeting regional candidates from South Sulawesi Province, excluding those from PT Vale’s four designated empowerment areas in East Luwu Regency.
  • IGP Pomalaa, focusing on regional candidates from Southeast Sulawesi Province, outside Kolaka Regency.
  • IGP Bahodopi, prioritizing regional candidates from Central Sulawesi Province, excluding those from Morowali Regency.

National Recruitment
A recruitment cycle for permanent positions in Sorowako Operations, IGP Pomalaa, and IGP Bahodopi is conducted to source national candidates from outside South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, and Central Sulawesi Provinces.

 

Exceptions to the Regional and National Recruitment stages may be considered under specific circumstances, such as:

  • The absence of eligible candidates from the designated area during the Local Recruitment stage.
  • Candidates from the designated area do not meet the required number, competency, or experience criteria.

The National Recruitment stage will proceed once these conditions have been met.

Local RecruitmentA recruitment cycle for permanent employees to fill vacant positions in Sorowako Operations with aims to fill a vacant position with local candidates particularly from:

  • four development areas (4 area Pemberdayaan) in East Luwu regency
  • vacant positions in the IGP Pomalaa area with local candidates from Kolaka Regency
  • vacant positions in the IGP Bahodopi area with with local candidates Morowali Regency.

Regional Recruitment
A recruitment cycle for permanent employees to fill vacant positions in: 

  • Sorowako Operations with regional canidates from South Sulawesi Province, outside PT Vale’s four empowerment areas in East Luwu
  • IGP Pomalaa area with regional candidates from Southeast Sulawesi Province, outside Kolaka Regency 
  • IGP Bahodopi area with regional candidates from Central Sulawesi Province, outside Morowali Regency.

National Recruitment
A recruitment cycle for permanent employees to fill vacant positions in Sorowako Operations, IGP Pomalaa, and IGP Bahodopi with national candidates from outside South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, and Central Sulawesi Provinces.

To maintain fairness of the process, each cycle of recruitment process cannot be parallel, each cycle has to be finish before start another cycle of recruitment.
 

Exceptions to the Regional and National Recruitment stages may be applied based on specific reasons, such as:

• No candidates from the designated area (during Local Recruitment stage).
• Candidates from the designated area (during Local Recruitment stage) do not meet the required quantity, competency, or experience criteria.

The National Recruitment stage will commence once the above criteria are met.
