Corporate Secretary

The appointment of the Corporate Secretary is regulated under POJK No.35/POJK.04/2014 on Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies (“POJK 35”) and IDX Regulation No.1-E on Disclosure of Information Requirement. The Corporate Secretary is responsible to the Board of Directors and is appointed/dismissed based on a Decree of the Board of Directors with approval from the Board of Commissioners. The Corporate Secretary has a strategic function as a liaison between the Company and the shareholders, OJK, IDX and other stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities of the Corporate Secretary refer to the Charter of the Corporate Secretary, last amended and approved by the Board of Directors on October 25, 2024.

Currently, Ranty Astari Rachman serves as Corporate Secretary after being appointed based on Directors' Decree Directors' Decree No. 07/SK-DIR/2026 dated 31 March 2026.

The appointment of the Corporate Secretary is effective from 31 March 2026, and has been notified to the OJK and IDX by letter No.  00589/CORS-J/III/2026 dated 31 March 2026.

Ranty Astari Rachman

Ranty Astari Rachman is a seasoned professional in corporate governance, stakeholder management, and corporate compliance, with over 20 years of experience across the aviation, technology, and telecommunications sectors. She specializes in corporate secretarial functions, corporate governance, capital market compliance, and government relations, and has a strong track record in managing strategic issues in both publicly listed companies and state-owned enterprises.

Ranty currently serves as Chief of Corporate Secretary, Governance & Legal at PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. In this strategic role, she is responsible for overseeing corporate governance, supervising corporate legal matters, managing relationships with capital market regulators, and leading strategic communications with shareholders and key stakeholders. She ensures regulatory compliance, strengthens legal integrity and transparency, and supports major corporate actions as well as the Company’s strategic agenda.

Previously, she served as Group Head of Corporate Secretary at PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk (formerly PT XL Axiata Tbk) from 2020 to 2026. During her tenure, she successfully initiated Indonesia’s first electronic General Meeting of Shareholders (e‑GMS) for a public company and led the transformation toward digital corporate governance. She also acted as project lead for major fundraising initiatives, including rights issues as well as bond and sukuk issuances, and played a key leadership role in a large-scale merger project. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, she served as Vice Chair for Research at the Indonesian Corporate Secretary Association (ICSA) in 2021 and has held the position of Secretary General since 2024.

Her leadership experience further includes serving as Head of Public Affairs & Government Relations at PT Trinusa Travelindo (Traveloka). In the aviation sector, she previously held the position of Vice President of Corporate Secretary & Legal at PT Citilink Indonesia and led the Corporate Secretary Division at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. At Garuda Indonesia, she spearheaded corporate governance policy reforms, restructured the Company’s whistleblowing system, and was directly involved in several major corporate transactions, including the initial public offering (IPO), debt restructuring, and quasi‑reorganization processes.

Ranty holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Padjadjaran and obtained her advocate license in 2017. To further strengthen her strategic business acumen, she completed a Master of Management (Master of Business) with a concentration in Strategic Management from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya in 2025. Known for her comprehensive and compliance‑driven approach, she is highly regarded for her ability to bridge business objectives with regulatory requirements while ensuring robust and sustainable corporate governance practices.
