

Whistleblowing System
Starting on January 1, 2016, the Company operated the Vale Whistleblower Channel or VWC, a reporting service that is managed independently and professionally by whistleblowing service provider in Indonesia. VWC is directly connected to PTVI’s Whistleblower team, which manages received reports. VWC is relevant to submit violation reports related to PTVI.

The whistleblower email address will not be given to PT Vale Indonesia's Whistleblower team without the consent of the whistleblower.

Number of Whistleblowing Reports and the Follow-Up Results in 2025
In 2025, there were 60 reports of alleged violations submitted through the VWC, and all of them (100%) were followed up. The issues reported included fraud, conflicts of interest, interpersonal relationships, relationships with third parties, occupational health and safety, and the environment.
A total of 30 reports, or 50% of those received by the VWC, were categorized as relevant and required further investigation, while the principles of confidentiality and whistleblower protection.
