Annual and Extraordinary Meetings of Shareholders will be held on April 28, 2022, at 10 a.m.

Shareholder registration to attend the Meetings closed at 10:00 am on April 26, 2023. Shareholders who have sent the necessary documents and information within the specified period will be eligible for virtual participation and will receive access information by April 27, 2023.
